1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Matchify app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the App
Matchify is a dating app designed for disabled individuals to connect and match with other users. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, profiles, other content (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on the App.
5. Membership and In-App Purchases
Matchify offers various membership plans with additional features and benefits. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies set forth at the time of purchase. All payments made are non-refundable.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Post any Content that is offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Use another user’s account without permission.
Impersonate any person or entity.
7. Termination
Matchify reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice and for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
Matchify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
